Focus group feedback.
This is one of the most important parts of our post-production work as this work enables us to make our campaign better in terms of what people see in it.
This is a video that we took of the focus group cut down to give us all the information that we needed.
Though basic this is an effective way we thought of taking in all the information. and can always be referred back to.
We started off with showing them the website. We went through the whole website showing the group all of the links that came up and all of the social media sites that we had made and went through all the six sections that came up.
They were originally very impressed with the website originally when we showed them the social media links and were particularly impressed with the SoundCloud that we created for the artist. they were very complimentary about this part. Also whilst we were going through our website we were also complimented on the merchandise page.
From the feedback, I was also told that there needed to be more on the about page and that there wasn't enough information on the artist himself. This is a pretty key part for us as we are aiming to sell the artist as well.
Finally, one other aspect of feedback that I found very useful for the website was that we needed to advertise the album much more. This is a key part for us as this is the main aim of the music campaign as well as selling the artist.

This was a quick chart that I made to show what people thought of the homepage background and as shown the majority showed that they liked the photo background. This was because it linked in well with the photo that we put up on the homepage. However, they did also say that the homepage was quite in your face and full on and it could be good to tone it down a little.
From the feedback, I was also told that there needed to be more on the about page and that there wasn't enough information on the artist himself. This is a pretty key part for us as we are aiming to sell the artist as well.
