Although at first the tame Impala website doesn't seem that impressive with just the album artwork of all their songs and past albums. However when you notice that the album artwork starts to move.
This is the first part of the homepage we see however there is also a pop up ad of their new video which come just before. This is the video that we first see when going onto their website.
Once on the website there are a few ways in which they play around with it. We can clearly tell that their hompage is mainly focused on thier artwork and this is what they are trying to show of. This is done in two ways to create a very interactive page. They have first done this by enabling us to move the home page around to see all of thier artwork. They also let us click on the artwork which allows us to see it in more detail. this helps to create a star image for the band as it doesn't show them themselves so there is a greater demand for them when it comes to seeing them live as they are not seen very often in other ways such as on their website.
